A: There might be two possibilities:
a) It maybe because the student has used “study offline” function at home, and therefore his latest study records has not be synchronized to the
records server yet. In this case, have student log in the course online on his/her own computer, until the course starts running, and then log out.
b) If this doesn’t solve the problem, check the version of Records Manager on both the student’s computer and the teacher’s computer. Update the
older version one.
Collect screen print from the student and report to DynEd if problem remains.
