PTL shows '? 3.0'

How scores are calculated, how to improve scores, what they mean etc.

PTL shows '? 3.0'

logged in with simulated data bank account.
one student shows a '? 3.0' (circled in red in the pic uploaded) as her PTL score. why is there a question mark? what does it reveal?

This student is doing Kid's Placement Test. 3.0 is the highest level for Part I test, which enabled the student to continue to do Part II test. But the student quit after only answering 7 questions. Therefore, the highest score the system registered is 3.0, but since the student didn't have a chance to finish the test properly, the system puts a question mark before 3.0 to alert the teachers that this may not be this student's real level. To get the real level or confirm the level, this student needs to be arranged to redo Part II test.
